MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for an exclusive luxury watch and jewelry brand. Our mission is to position the brand's identity on social media and reach our target audience while maintaining trusted relationships with influencers and content creators.

Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (occasionally print media) through content creation.
• Analyze CRM data to create customer profiles and deliver personalized campaigns and experiences.
• Create email marketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
• Create original content: photos, videos (brand and product), reels, stories, product demos, customer testimonials, and trend-based content.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and tastemakers in key markets.
• Support the execution of key brand events and create digital moments around them.

Required:

• Demonstrated experience managing and growing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, AI, algorithms, and the digital behavior of luxury consumers.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Residency in Mallorca.

As Marketing Manager, you will own the brand's presence across social media, public relations, influencer engagement, and content marketing. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand identity, developing and optimizing the overall brand CX (Customer Experience) - including unboxing, visual retail experience, product shots, cataloging pieces, arranging photo and video shoots, etc.), creating compelling campaigns and stories, growing our online following, generating media interest, and coordinating strategic launches and events.
