To drive our marketing transformation, we're searching for a visionary Team Lead Digital Marketing & Communications - a two-year parental leave replacement - who can take charge, inspire a team, and bring big ideas to life.

• Drive the relaunch of our website and customer platform, ensuring powerful, user-centric experiences across all touchpoints.
• Be the force behind brand positioning and international brand transformation.
• Lead communication initiatives for our iQ & Digitalization portfolio - strategically and cross-functionally.
• Act as a connector between markets, teams, and agencies, aligning digital efforts with big-picture business goals.

What you bring to the table

Your experience:

• Strong background in digital marketing and communication strategy, ideally in a B2B context.
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development and coaching.
• Hands-on experience in digital platforms, website relaunches, CRM, and marketing automation.
• A sharp eye for brand strategy and transformation in international settings.
• Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management and internal/external collaboration.

Your mindset & skills:

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude - you don't just plan, you make it happen.
• Energetic leader who fosters growth, trust, and ownership in your team.
• Analytical, structured, and creative - all in one.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written & spoken); additional languages welcome.

Your background:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in leadership, digital project management, or change management are a plus.
