Marketing Executive
Description As a Marketing Executive, you'll be a key member of our award-winning marketing team, helping to drive the marketing strategy for CFC's portfolio of products. You will support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to build awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across our product portfolio. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with experience delivering campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events.
Working closely with senior members of the marketing team and other internal stakeholders, you'll contribute to the creation of compelling content and materials, manage campaign execution, and monitor performance to optimise results. You will work with a moderate level of supervision and have the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Create and maintain content across various platforms, including website updates, brochures, presentations, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams (Communications, Design, Digital and Events) to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing output.
- Assist with the promotion and organisation of events such as webinars, tradeshows and in-person briefings.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. underwriting, distribution) to gather input and feedback for marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, suggesting improvements based on insights.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in brand voice, tone and visual identity across all materials.
- Maintain campaign schedules and project timelines to support efficient delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
About you To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years experience at a marketing executive level role, preferably within a B2B intermediated environment, ideally in insurance or financial services. You will also have experience within:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with the ability to manage multiple priorities under a moderate level of supervision.
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing tools - HubSpot, SalesForce, LinkedIn, GA experience would be an advantage.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Degree-level education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
