Job Description

Mission:

Drive UPNDO's marketing and customer experience strategy to accelerate user growth, increase engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in the social wellness space.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a marketing and customer experience lead who is:

  • Proactive and creative, full of ideas that spark real growth
  • Energetic and driven, with a strong desire to make a difference
  • A strong communicator in English (fluency required); additional languages are a bonus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Success
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and users (calls, reports, dashboards)
  • Implement user onboarding flows, in-app campaigns, and feedback loops
  • Manage support tickets and automate motivational messages
  • Optimize our engagement strategy using notifications, challenges, and events
Product & Engagement
  • Coordinate with the Development team on Figma-based design implementation
  • Maintain and optimize the UPNDO events calendar and gamification strategy
Growth & Acquisition
  • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Email)
  • Drive lead generation through A/B-tested seasonal campaigns
  • Support sales efforts with conversion tools and customer insight
Brand & Content Strategy
  • Manage UPNDO's content voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the app Newsfeed
  • Develop sales decks, newsletters, and case studies
  • Define quarterly content calendars aligned with growth goals
Reporting & Insights
  • Own CRM flows, newsletters, and email automation
  • Monitor DAU, CSAT, NPS, open/click rates
  • Build and share dashboards for internal and client use

Quarterly
  • 3-4 A/B campaign tests
  • Client renewal rate 90%
  • Landing page conversion 15%
  • NPS 8, CSAT 85%
  • 1 fully branded campaign
  • Lift performance improvement 15% QoQ
Ideal Background
  • Experience in marketing, growth, or customer experience in a startup or B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable with KPIs, analytics, dashboards
  • Confident in content creation, social media, and branding
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones
