Marketing

Overview

The Marketing team consists of four functional areas; Paid Marketing, Brand & Creative, Content & Comms and PR. The Paid Marketing team is responsible for managing and optimising the budget to ensure we deliver cost-effective, scalable customer acquisition across a range of channels.

The Brand & Creative team supply creative for all external marketing campaigns, customer campaigns and communications and are also responsible for developing the brand. The Content & Comms team look after all customer marketing communications and content creation, as well as the Moneybox social media channels and community-building activities. The PR function looks after all media relations and external communications to manage the reputation of the brand and build awareness amongst target audiences.
