About the Job
As Marine AM Sales and Service Engineer at NRF, you will be part of a team responsible for driving the growth of our maritime sector and provide advice on board. You are proactive and skilled at convincing customers of our products and services. Additionally, you excel at identifying prospects and converting them into new customers.
What will you do as a Marine AM Sales and Service Engineer
- Visiting customers for AM/Services in NL; Going to docking sites to check with customers needs.
- Looking for new Service partners in new regions & follow up with the existing ones.
- Giving presentations to customers concerning spare parts and service. Product Lifecycle. Business Model.
- Analyzing consumption patterns and following up on spare parts orders.
- Boosting Marine Aftermarket sales.
- Promoting the marine order platform (including IMO/ENI to anticipate customer needs).
- Preparing quotations for Marine Aftermarket orders.
- You provide advice on board or at the shipyard and solve problems in consultation with the factory.
- Identifying and assessing technical issues.
What do you bring?
- You have at least completed a (technical) MBO education and can work at an HBO thinking level.
- You have an affinity for or experience with technical products.
- You bring experience in the Maritime sector and technical knowledge on it.
- You are proficient in English and Dutch, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- You are experienced with MS Office.
- You have experience working with ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Axapta is a plus.
