Manufacturing Systems Analyst - Medical Devices

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support business-critical manufacturing, laboratory and quality systems within a regulated medical device environment. The role will provide hands on systems support, coordinate incident resolution, support local applications and SAP users, and contribute to cybersecurity, compliance and technology projects across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production critical manufacturing, laboratory and quality systems.
• Troubleshoot application, workstation, server, access and connectivity issues and coordinate resolution of major incidents.
• Provide L0/L1 SAP support and liaise with central application teams.
• Support integrations between manufacturing equipment, laboratory instruments, ERP and business applications.
• Own/support site specific applications, including vendor coordination, lifecycle management and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity remediation, vulnerability management, access reviews and technology refresh activities.
• Maintain systems in line with regulatory, quality and cybersecurity requirements.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, deployments, testing and validation activities.
• Participate in shutdowns, maintenance windows, disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT/BTS, Cybersecurity and third party vendors.

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise, manufacturing or operational technology systems.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences or another regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Windows administration/troubleshooting and Active Directory/access management.
• Application installation, configuration and support.
• Good understanding of networking, servers, workstations and endpoints.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Experience with incident/problem management and production critical systems.
• Exposure to cybersecurity remediation and compliance activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
