Manufacturing Team Member

Location: Rotherham (S66)
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7.15am-5pm, working across 4 days one week and 3 days the next, averaging 37.5 hours per week
Future shifts: Shift work will be introduced, with a premium paid for late shifts
Job Type: Full-time

We're looking for reliable, hardworking Manufacturing Team Members to join a busy, high-volume manufacturing environment in Rotherham. Previous production experience is preferred but not essential - a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn are what really matter.

The Role

• Working as part of a busy production and warehouse team
• Carrying out production tasks safely and efficiently following training
• Working to quality and productivity KPIs
• Following strict Health & Safety procedures
• Carrying out cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
• Supporting different areas of the operation as required
• Taking part in continuous improvement activities
• Working both independently and as part of a team
