Location: Rotherham (S66)
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7.15am-5pm, working across 4 days one week and 3 days the next, averaging 37.5 hours per week
Future shifts: Shift work will be introduced, with a premium paid for late shifts
Job Type: Full-time
We're looking for reliable, hardworking Manufacturing Team Members to join a busy, high-volume manufacturing environment in Rotherham. Previous production experience is preferred but not essential - a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn are what really matter.
The Role- Working as part of a busy production and warehouse team
- Carrying out production tasks safely and efficiently following training
- Working to quality and productivity KPIs
- Following strict Health & Safety procedures
- Carrying out cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
- Supporting different areas of the operation as required
- Taking part in continuous improvement activities
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Numerically competent
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- Comfortable working under pressure
- A quick learner willing to learn new processes
- Flexible and happy to take on different tasks
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet targets
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
Previous high-volume manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. This is a growing start-up business, so we're looking for people who want to be part of a team, learn new skills and contribute to the company's future.
