Manufacturing Process Engineer (Night Shift) 
A leading multinational healthcare manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer (Night Shift) to join its engineering team at a state-of-the-art production facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional looking to develop their career within a highly regulated and technology-driven manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to maximise uptime and production efficiency.
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment and site utilities.
- Support equipment validation and maintain engineering documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure effective delivery of engineering activities.
- Monitor engineering performance metrics and prepare departmental reports.
- Promote and maintain safe working practices in compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
- Participate in incident investigations and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.
- Trade qualification or relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or food production environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting equipment, facilities, or manufacturing processes in a regulated environment is desirable.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple activities.
- Collaborative approach with strong teamworking skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
