Manufacturing Process Engineer (Night Shift)

A leading multinational healthcare manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer (Night Shift) to join its engineering team at a state-of-the-art production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to maximise uptime and production efficiency.
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment and site utilities.
  • Support equipment validation and maintain engineering documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure effective delivery of engineering activities.
  • Monitor engineering performance metrics and prepare departmental reports.
  • Promote and maintain safe working practices in compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
  • Participate in incident investigations and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development of a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification or relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or food production environment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting equipment, facilities, or manufacturing processes in a regulated environment is desirable.
