Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an established client of ours, who are a UK-based manufacturing business and they are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to support ongoing investment, engineering projects and operational improvement at one of its key sites.

This role is suited to an engineering leader who enjoys project delivery, technical problem-solving and working closely with operations. You will have visibility across the site and play an important role in shaping how engineering supports day-to-day performance and future growth.

• Deliver engineering and manufacturing projects, including new equipment, upgrades and process changes.

• Manage projects from concept through to implementation, working with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Support operational performance through efficiency, reliability and improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical input across engineering, maintenance and quality activities when required.

• Ensure engineering projects are delivered safely, on time and to agreed standards.

• Act as a senior engineering presence on site, contributing to decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering management role.

• Strong CAPEX project delivery experience within an industrial or production environment.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with senior stakeholders.

• A practical, hands-on engineering mindset with the confidence to drive improvement.
