Job Description
iO Associates is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Romsey, Hampshire for an onsite, five-day-per-week role. You will lead New Product Introduction (NPI), drive manufacturing excellence, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
The ideal candidate has experience in low-volume, high-value electromechanical manufacturing, lean and CI, PFMEA/8D, and stakeholder management; SC eligibility may be required.
