Manager, Financial Crime & AI Risk Advisory

OakNorth Bank plc is seeking a Manager, Financial Crime to join our Financial Crime team. Based in London or Manchester, you will advise on escalations, influence policy, and help mature second-line risk in a regulated environment.

You'll bring around 5 years of financial crime experience, a solid AML/ABC/sanctions grounding, and a growing interest in applying AI tools to risk management to enable safe growth across our lending and savings products.
