Senior Sales Enablement Lead, Debt Finance

OakNorth Bank plc is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to join our Commercial Strategy team in London. You'll own the sales enablement engine for Debt Finance, translating senior dealmakers' tacit methods into practical tools, playbooks and training to maximise performance across the deal lifecycle.

You will build playbooks, battlecards and onboarding programs, partner with Marketing, and ensure new Directors are productive quickly. Credibility with dealmakers and hands-on execution are essential.
