Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facility coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees, promoting a welcoming and inclusive workplace

  • Organise meetings, internal events, workshops, and onboarding/offboarding activities

  • Provide proactive support to the executive team (calendar, travel, meetings, expenses)

  • Collaborate with HR and support cross-functional initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential documents

  • Identify and implement process improvements across admin and office functions

  • Lead or support special projects aligned with business goals

Your profile:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant degree

  • 2-5 years' experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative support

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Swiss German is a plus

  • Strong MS Office skills and confident with digital collaboration tools

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Professional, discreet, and a team player with a proactive mindset
