What You'll Be Doing- Supporting students with SEMH needs in small class settings
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Building trust and consistency with vulnerable learners
- Supporting academic engagement across KS3 & KS4
- Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
- Experience in SEMH, PRU, youth work or similar settings
- Strong behaviour management skillsA calm, firm but fair approach
- Someone who genuinely believes every young person deserves success
