What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting students with SEMH needs in small class settings
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Building trust and consistency with vulnerable learners
• Supporting academic engagement across KS3 & KS4
• Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams

We're Looking For

• Experience in SEMH, PRU, youth work or similar settings
• Strong behaviour management skillsA calm, firm but fair approach
• Someone who genuinely believes every young person deserves success
