Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber - Commercial Building - Crawley, West Sussex - 4 on 4 off days & nights - £42,333 per annum

CBW is recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building in Crawley, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site, working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Hours of work

• 4 on 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights
• 06:30 am - 18:30 pm Days / 18:30 pm - 06:30 am Nights
• 12 hour shifts

Package

• Basic Salary up to £37,400 + £4,933 shift allowance = £42,333
• 20 days annual leave

Duties and responsibilities

• Repairing toilets and sinks
• Unblocking toilets
• Water hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works
• Carpentry work
• Minor fixing
• Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs
• Flexible helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• Water treatment (temperature checks / not dosing)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements

• Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard working and reliable
