CBW is recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building in Crawley, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site, working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Hours of work- 4 on 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights
- 06:30 am - 18:30 pm Days / 18:30 pm - 06:30 am Nights
- 12 hour shifts
- Basic Salary up to £37,400 + £4,933 shift allowance = £42,333
- 20 days annual leave

- Repairing toilets and sinks
- Unblocking toilets
- Water hygiene maintenance and inspections
- Pipework inspections and repairs
- Minor installation works
- Carpentry work
- Minor fixing
- Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs
- Flexible helping other trades on site
- Planned and reactive works
- Water treatment (temperature checks / not dosing)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Installation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
- Honest, hard working and reliable
