Maintenance Operative - Leeds North Coverage
£15.03 per hour Immediate Start
Based in Leeds City Centre

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for 2 Maintenance Operatives to join their Leeds North sites on an immediate basis.
This role involves preparing student accommodation for new arrivals, ensuring rooms are completed to a high standard and ready for occupancy.

Duties include:

• Basic painting and decorating
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Replacing silicone in showers and bathrooms
• Furniture repairs and general maintenance
• Carrying out room checks and completing remedial works

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in general maintenance or property repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• A good eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working Days & Hours:

• 5 days out of 7 - will include weekends, as it's shift work
• Shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm

Hourly Pay Rate:

• £15.03 per hour
  
  You will most likely be based at one site, so a driving licence is not essential if you have relevant experience and can travel to the location reliably.
