Estates & Facilities Assistant - School Maintenance

Bridge Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Site and Premises Assistant to join the Estates team. The role covers four schools in Ongar, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a permanent full-time basis.

You will help create safe, welcoming and well-maintained environments for pupils, staff and visitors. We value practical, proactive team players who take pride in site safety, repairs and everyday upkeep across our sites within the trust.
