About Your New Job

As the Maintenance Manager,youwill oversee all maintenance and repair activities for equipment, machinery, and building systems on site.
Youwill develop, implement, and manage proactive maintenance strategies to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Youwill lead, coach, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, allocating tasks based on skills and providing regular performance feedback.
Youwill manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules, aiming to optimize asset uptime and reliability.
Youwill oversee spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and the maintenance budget, seeking cost-efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Youwill drive continuous improvement initiatives using Root Cause Analysis and cultivate a safety-driven workplace culture.

What Skills You Need

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
At least 5 years' experience in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience managing a team of technicians and maintenance projects.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and building systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and use of CMMS.
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work varied hours and handle physical demands typical of a plant environment.
