- As the Maintenance Manager,youwill oversee all maintenance and repair activities for equipment, machinery, and building systems on site.
- Youwill develop, implement, and manage proactive maintenance strategies to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
- Youwill lead, coach, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, allocating tasks based on skills and providing regular performance feedback.
- Youwill manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules, aiming to optimize asset uptime and reliability.
- Youwill oversee spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and the maintenance budget, seeking cost-efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
- Youwill drive continuous improvement initiatives using Root Cause Analysis and cultivate a safety-driven workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- At least 5 years' experience in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of technicians and maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and building systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and use of CMMS.
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
