Maintenance Electrician

In this hands on position, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of manufacturing equipment. This role operates on a shift rotation (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) with periodic on call weeks. You'll collaborate closely with a skilled team to ensure top equipment performance and support plant operation goals.

• Plan, install, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and operational issues
• Advise production teams to optimise plant efficiency
• Work from drawings and install electrical devices to required standards
• Monitor equipment function, identifying hazards or adjustment needs
• Team with internal colleagues and external contractors as needed
• Comply with safety and quality procedures at all times
• Participate in shift rotations and on-call schedules

• Electrical Trade Qualification with minimum 1 years' experience
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting
• Familiarity with PM software
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication
• Ability to carry out shift work and manual duties
• Proactive approach and solid safety awareness
