Hours: Two part time positions available one for 2 days a week, one for 3 days a week - can be discussed (to include some weekends and bank holidays)

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance and Grounds Person, you will:

• Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
• Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily
• Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
• Work within a team to maintain the park's appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic, hands on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
• A practical approach to property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
• A valid full UK driving licence
• Available to work some weekends and bank holidays
• Available to be on call when required for emergency call outs and maintenance issues
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn new skills especially related to Hot Tub maintenance.
