M&E Services Manager

We're recruiting 2 M&E Technical Managers for a leading Tier 2 contractor on a transformative £200M multi-phase development project in Bristol! ️ This long-term project (5-10 years) for our client involves major office and infrastructure developments, featuring greenfield work, piled walls, concrete basements, glulam timber frames, CTL construction, and civil engineering (drainage, infrastructure, bridges).

Role Overview:
As an M&E Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the design and pre-construction phases of M&E services, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across this high-profile scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to develop robust M&E solutions.

• Oversee pre-construction planning, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.

• Drive innovation and efficiency in M&E systems for large-scale office and infrastructure developments.

• Work closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Teams to align M&E delivery with project milestones.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven expertise in M&E design and pre-construction for large-scale construction projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in Tier 2 environments.

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex M&E solutions.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage stakeholders and drive project success.
