A global steel and mining company is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to lead projects of strategic importance. The candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis of M&A targets and assist throughout the transaction process. Ideal candidates should have around 3-6 years of experience in venture capital or investment banking and possess strong analytical skills and project management capabilities. The role is based in London with flexibility to work from Luxembourg occasionally.
