Luxury Spa Front Desk & Guest Experience Lead

Mploy Staffing Solutons seeks a warm and professional Spa Receptionist to join a luxury spa team in Dorchester. The role starts at the beginning of August, with 40 hours per week on a Tue-Sun rota. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a calm and refined guest experience from arrival.

As the front-of-house ambassador, you will manage appointments, handle queries, process payments and support retail recommendations, ensuring seamless collaboration with therapists and the wider team.
