Luxury F&B Manager - Clubroom & Bar Lead

Iconic Hotels & Resorts in Mayfair is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Clubroom, Dandy Bar and events spaces, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.

You will train and develop team members, work within budgets to hit sales targets, and collaborate with the Head Chef and General Manager on seasonal menus. A senior luxury hospitality background is preferred.
