Annual Salary: €37,544 per annum

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours per Week

• Have the ability to control and oversee the seasoning, portioning and appearance of the food served.
• Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the Health and Safety policy.
• Lead by example in excellent food production.
• Assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance to standards.
• Pass on all knowledge that will help the property in its day to day running.
• Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed clients' expectations.
• Collaborate with the team in the compilation of creative and innovative menus.
• Manage all financial aspects.
• Deliver an excellent standard with the team.
• Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house.
• Excellent communication and the ability to lead and also work well with others.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first class service.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
