Job Title: Full Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Start Date: September
Salary: £92.63 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday (term time only)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND.
• Support pupils with their learning, communication, and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists.
• Assist with personal care where required, including PEG feeding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (ASD/learning difficulties).
• Experience with PEG feeding is essential.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
