We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge manager withevent hosting experience to join our Retail Operation Team on a permanentbasis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-starservice to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Personallicence holder
Proficientin Microsoft office package
Knowledgeof health and safety regulations and licensing
Experiencein delivering high- end events within a new location
Strongcustomer focus and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships
Exceptionalorganisational skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and training of front -of-house team
Act as the primary customer contact, building trusted,long- lasting relationships, ensure all client needs are understood andexceeded.
People management
Achieving targets as set by HOD
Flexibility to work irregular hours(weekends/evenings/bank holidays)
Demonstrate leadership and motivation of others.
Working with sales team to maximize event bookingopportunity
Working with suppliers on menu change
Working with external events coordinator
Managing external contractors (cleaning, security)
