We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge manager withevent hosting experience to join our Retail Operation Team on a permanentbasis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-starservice to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Personallicence holder
• Proficientin Microsoft office package
• Knowledgeof health and safety regulations and licensing
• Experiencein delivering high- end events within a new location
• Strongcustomer focus and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships
• Exceptionalorganisational skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment and training of front -of-house team
• Act as the primary customer contact, building trusted,long- lasting relationships, ensure all client needs are understood andexceeded.
• People management
• Achieving targets as set by HOD
• Flexibility to work irregular hours(weekends/evenings/bank holidays)
• Demonstrate leadership and motivation of others.
• Working with sales team to maximize event bookingopportunity
• Working with suppliers on menu change
• Working with external events coordinator
• Managing external contractors (cleaning, security)
