Logistics Team Leader Forklift & Operations Lead

Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd in Derby (DE1 9TA) is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to oversee a busy TMUK operation, supervise a fast-paced shunting and loading bay, and ensure safe forklift operations in line with Health & Safety standards.

You will coach and develop the team, manage performance, and support daily activities from scheduling to customer liaison, with a rotating Monday-Friday pattern and flexibility to work overtime as required.
