Senior Care Team Leader Mentoring & Care Planning

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the care team at a Kingsley facility. You will recognise and facilitate residents' daily needs, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning and coaching of support workers.

The role focuses on high-quality personal care, preserving residents' dignity and promoting independence, with supervision by Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Nurse.
