- As the Logistics & Transport Manager, you will lead and optimise all transport and logistics operations across multiple stock locations and supplier delivery channels.
- You'll be responsible for managing daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and fleet utilisation to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to meet business objectives.
- Liaise closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure logistics are aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Use data and KPIs to drive process optimisation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement within logistics.
- Guarantee compliance with all transport regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.
- At least 5 years' experience in logistics and/or transport management, ideally within manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound logistics, contracts, and provider relationships.
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations, compliance, and health & safety.
- Competence with ERP systems and logistics/transport software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a solution-driven approach and continuous improvement mindset.
- Competitive salary: €50,000 to €60,000
