Working for an Irish owned family run business that is over 30 years old. They are hugely successful and are an Irish Manufacturer of Ingredients & Sauces for Food Services, Retail and Manufacturing with operations in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

About your Regional Sales Manager Job

• Manage and motivate a Team of 5 Sales Executives
• Manage and grow key catering accounts through regular client and outlet visits.
• Identify and secure new catering customers and business opportunities.
• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed targets and standards.
• Manage customer pricing, promotions and commercial agreements.
• Work closely with distributors and internal departments to deliver sales and promotional projects.
• Support new product launches and product development, working with NPD and Quality teams as required.
• Contribute to wider commercial strategies and business development initiatives.
• Territory to be covered will be the lower half of Ireland - Dublin to Galway - everything below that

What Skills You Need for this Sales Manager job

• Proven sales experience within the food or catering sector
• Experience managing key accounts
• Experience managing a Team of Sales Executives
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• A full clean Driving Licence is essential for this role
