We support flexible working - including part time 17.5 hours per week, inclusive of Saturdays.

Salary

£13,100 increasing to £13,475 after 6 months.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing face to face support to customers in branch.
  • Handling everyday banking tasks while offering reassurance, guidance and practical support for important moments, such as bereavement, fraud concerns or vulnerable customers.
  • Promoting and supporting digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
  • Recognising opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
  • Adapting to different customer needs, remaining calm under pressure, adaptable and empathetic.
  • Progressing into other roles across the Group, including phone, online, web chat, video or social media channels.
What we're looking for
  • A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
  • A people person - honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
  • The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
  • The passion to put yourself in the customer's shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity, taking time to resolve queries and giving customers confidence in the service you're providing.
  • The commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
  • A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met.
