Live-In Support Worker - Person-Centred Care & Flexible Shifts

Active Assistance, part of the UK's largest provider of complex care, is expanding with a new team to support a client in Stockton on the Forest, York. The role focuses on delivering person-centred, one-to-one care with full training provided for specialist clinical tasks such as urostomy and stoma care, cough assist, and recognizing Autonomic Dysreflexia.

You will support daily living, meals, outings, and activities, while building a trusting relationship with the client.
