What you'll be doing

• Case Management: Handling a diverse caseload of litigated motor claims (Property Damage and Personal Injury) through to settlement or trial
• Technical: Drafting and reviewing court documents, witness statements, and instructions with high attention to detail
• Strategic Negotiation: Driving commercial outcomes through robust negotiation and effective management of panel solicitors
• Accurate Reserving: Ensuring financial exposure is correctly reflected at every stage of the litigation lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Previous legal experience ideally within a motor insurance and claims environment
• Experience in dealing with personal injury would be an advantage
• Solid understanding of CPR, the MOJ Portal, and the litigation process
• Ability to provide clear, concise case updates to Andrew and wider stakeholders
• A proactive, "owner" mentality with a desire to sharpen your legal expertise in a fast paced environment
