Now this organisation is looking to add a Linux Systems Administrator to its ranks. In this role, your primary focus will be to assume control over Linux and, to a certain extent, Windows-based operating systems. This encompasses the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of these systems. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing innovative solutions aimed at elevating the performance and reliability of its systems.

But here's the exciting part - your journey here won't be limited to mastering Linux. You'll also get hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This dynamic interaction extends to cloud technologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Linux and, to a certain extent, Windows-based operating systems.
• Identify and execute innovative solutions aimed at elevating the performance and reliability of the systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in DevOps practices, including cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Maintain an office-centric arrangement with the expectation to be in the office and actively engaged in system-related activities for three to four days a week; this requirement may vary by project.
