As part of the development of its restaurant located in the heart of Lausanne, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (H/F).JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Chef de Partie 100%, you will play a key role within the brigade and be responsible for the quality of the kitchen during your shift. Your main tasks will include supervising the buffet and ensuring a high level of quality, as well as managing the team. You will oversee production activities, maintain strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and actively participate in the preparation of dishes offered during each service. You will provide professional leadership to your team, support them in various production tasks, and contribute to a memorable culinary experience for our guests.The ideal candidate has recognized professional qualifications in cooking as well as solid hands-on experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities: team management, station oversight, and production supervision. You are motivated, meticulous with respect to culinary standards, and possess a strong sense of service. You are able to work in a dynamic environment, face daily challenges, and inspire your team through your commitment.
