Lifeguard

Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 (Plus 10% unsocial hours surcharge)

Hours per week: 37 hours

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and poolside activities.
• Operate on rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
• Ensure member safety and well being.
• Support on short term and long term development for career progression.

Qualifications

• Holder of NPLQ (or NPLQ equivalent) preferred, but non NPLQ candidates may be considered.
• Must complete NPLQ course within 3 months of start (subject to swim test and course availability).
• Excellent swimming abilities, customer service, enthusiasm.
