The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities based around the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe and support children's individual development and learning journeys.
• Contribute to the smooth and effective running of the nursery.

About You

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A warm, caring and proactive approach to working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The confidence to create positive and engaging learning experiences.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
