Carrier Success Leader for Strategic Growth

Vitesse PSP Ltd. is expanding its Customer Success organization in London to drive revenue growth and carrier adoption across insurers, brokers, MGAs, and TPAs. This role leads a Carrier Customer Success team, guiding 1-3 strategic accounts and partnering with Sales to expand footprints.

You will build relationships from operations to executive levels, monitor health metrics, and design scalable playbooks to accelerate adoption and revenue growth within a fast-growing fintech environment.
