Duties
  • Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements with a high degree of accuracy
  • Coordinating all pre- and post-tenancy administration
  • Maintaining and updating property marketing materials and online listings
  • Ensuring property compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Managing digital and physical filing systems efficiently
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team
  • Handling enquiries and liaising with landlords and tenants where required
Experience needed
  • Previous experience within residential lettings administration is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
