We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Leisure Centre Supervisor to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, community-focused leisure centre.

As Leisure Centre Supervisor, you will support the Leisure Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the facility. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for all members and visitors.

• Assist in the daily operations of the leisure centre, including pool, gym, and wellness areas
  
• Supervise and support a team of leisure attendants, lifeguards, and instructors
  
• Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
  
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  
• Handle customer queries and support membership sales
  
• Monitor maintenance requirements and liaise with relevant departments
  
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused environment
  

• Previous supervisory experience in a leisure, fitness, or hospitality setting
  
• Relevant qualification in fitness or leisure management (e.g. ITEC, REPS, RLSS) desirable
  
• Valid Pool Lifeguard certification, swim instructor qualification, and First Aid certification
  
• Strong communication and organisational skills
  
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
