Leisure Centre Operations Supervisor (Lifeguard Training)

Moray Leisure Centre in Elgin is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily operations on shift. You will ensure customer safety and satisfaction while maintaining smooth building operations and adherence to site policies.

The role requires a minimum of two years' supervisory experience in the leisure sector, PVG clearance and references prior to employment, and the ability to lead ideas and initiatives within the facility.
