Role - Lecturer in Business Management Top Up

The School for Business Management and Creativity is expanding and requires lecturers to teach level 6 courses, including 16 hours of teaching onsite in Stratford per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures onsite
• Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work
• Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high quality feedback
• Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students
• Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques

About You - Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a subject relevant to the teaching area
• A recognised HE Teaching Qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or commitment to gain this within 12 months of appointment
• Evidence of CPD showing commitment to enhancing knowledge and teaching capability, including practical teaching methods and techniques
• Demonstrated breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline/subject area to cover Level 4 to Level 7
